Delivery and pick-up
We do deliver Step Units as well as Parking Lot Blocks and Sign Bases.(Some minimum orders
apply) Step units are delivered locally at no additional charge. (Please call to see if you are in this area or for a delivery
cost outside of area) Of course you can always pick them up here yourself as well. We will load your truck or trailer.
During the winter months please call in advance if you are coming to pick something up.

Customers often ask what our warrenty policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. Let us know if

The worst enemy to any CONCRETE is Salt or Chemicals that melt ice. Concrete appears to be a very dense
material, but in fact it is like a blotter.It can and does absorb water.you can actually see this happen on a hot day. Sprinkle
some water on your sidewalk or step and look very closely. You can see the water penetrate the surface of the concrete.When
you use a chemical to melt snow or ice, the chemical makes a salty mush. This enters the concrete. If the temperature
then drops and the water freezes, the growing ice crystals can blast apart the concrete. The only safe alternative is to use
sand. It will not melt the snow or ice, but it will give you traction. There are also concrete sealers that can be applied
to help "minimize" water being absorbed. But staying away from the chemicals will give your step the longest life possible.
